Objective:

Workplace Organization is the initial step in stabilizing a work environment. The intent is to establish clear visual tools that provide a quick reference to the status of the operational area. When workplace organization is properly utilized, non-conformities are easy to detect and correct.

Goals of this Program:

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to understand the impact of a visually controlled and stabilized area. Participants will understand the basics of visual management, how to conduct a 5S program and the means to maintain the operational area.
