Total Productive Maintenance

     Objective:

Total Productive Maintenance is a means by which team members work toward eliminating equipment breakdowns, increasing machine performance and creating a satisfactory workplace. Through team efforts, the group learns how to effectively measure equipment efficiency and takes steps to improve the operation.

     Goals of this Program:

At the completion of this training program, the participants will be able to understand the impact of chronic equipment failures on company profits. Participants will understand the basics of maintenance reliability and how to implement an effective TPM program.
