Objective:

Standardized Work is a fundamental tool for stabilizing a work area and providing the baseline for continuous improvement planning. Standardized Work supplies the operator with a visual tool for training and capacity analysis. Management can utilize Standardized Work to balance workloads.

Goals of this Program:

At the completion of this training program, the participants will understand the need for standardized work in the operational environment.
